Indications d'application: Approved: ICC (5 μg/mL), WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 5 μg/mL detected LKB1 in transfected Cos-7 cells fixed with 3-7 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1 % Triton X-100.
